Indie gaming smash Minecraft has now sold in excess of 4 million units, creator Markus Persson has revealed on Twitter.
Persson, or Notch as he’s known, posted on Twitter saying “4milyay.”
The game’s official website has more detailed stats, with sales at the time of writing standing at 4,002,119 – 16,061,344 people have registered.
To give you an idea of how quickly the game is selling, in the previous 24 hours Minecraft has sold 11,016 units.
