Minecraft studio Mojang will be heading to court after Bethesda accused it of infringing its Elder Scrolls trademark with new game Scrolls.

Mojang founder Markus ‘Notch’ Persson took to Twitter to inform fans of the news.

“The Scrolls case is going to court! Weee!” Tweeted Persson.

Back in August Persson used Twitter to reveal Bethesda’s unhappiness.

“They claim ‘Scrolls’ infringes on their trademark and everyone will confuse it with Skyrim,” he Tweeted.
