During Games Convention 2007 last week, Hideo Kojima, head of Kojima Productions, revealed the first details on the Beauties and Beasts theme that will run throughout Metal Gear Solid 4.
A new trailer was shown at the event, now viewable on Pro-G TV, showcasing four new enemies: Laughing Octopus, Raging Raven, Crying Wolf, and Screaming Mantis. Each is empowered with special, supernatural abilities and have individual back stories that outline how they became the beings they are today.
Each character began as a good person, but for various reasons is now altered beyond all recognition. Each represents a perfect example of the Beauties and Beasts theme.
