4A Games and Deep Silver have confirmed that Metro: Exodus is getting all snap-happy with a Photo Mode.

The feature will be available out of the box for all three versions of the upcoming horror title, although if you're buying on PC you can take advantage of Nvidia's Ansel capture software. We're also getting a new trailer for the game tomorrow, so stay tuned for that.

'Photo Mode has been one of the most requested features from the Metro community,' commented Jon Bloch, executive producer at 4A Games. 'They’re relatively rare in first-person shooters, but the team have been determined to make it work and give Metro fans the opportunity to capture their own stories from the Russian wastelands.'

Metro: Exodus is pencilled in for a February 15 release on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. It's also getting a special edition, but sadly it's one of those that doesn't include, you know, the actual game. Bugger.
