Konami has unboxed a fresh batch of Metal Gear Survive single-player gameplay footage for you to feast your eyes on.

This latest gameplay video offers a butcher’s at a number of key gameplay components in the controversial survival-’em-up, including base building and crafting.

There’s also plenty of zombie-mashing action to be had, with the video depicting one bloke going absolutely mental with a massive hammer, spraying blood and body parts all over the shop.

Metal Gear Survive is due out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One in the US on February 20 and in Europe on February 22. The game will receive a beta for Sony and Microsoft’s console on January 18.
