Metal Gear Solid 5 is apparently getting horse armour DLC (and Metal Gear Solid 3 outfits)

Remember Oblivion’s infamous horse armour? Well, now it’s Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain’s turn to receive some equally horsey DLC.

According to Metal Gear Informer, the first wave of downloadable costumes for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain was revealed at Tokyo Game Show earlier today, with a range of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater outfits said to be on the way, alongside two new outfits for D-Horse.

Male soldiers will allegedly be able to dress themselves up in Metal Gear Solid 3’s jungle fatigues, sneaking suit and tuxedo, while female soldiers will receive outfits based on Eva and The Boss. You can see what each of them look like in the shots below.

Release dates and prices for the DLC have yet to be confirmed.
