Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes, the prologue to Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, will release on March 18, 2014.
The date was confirmed in a new trailer revealing the game’s Xbox-exclusive content, which offers Xbox One & Xbox 360 owners an exclusive mission starring Cyborg Ninja Raiden.
‘Jamais Vu’ sees players stepping into the boots of Raiden as he exterminates bioroid ‘Snatchers’, an unknown entity who attack people and steal their identities.
The mission will only be available on Xbox One and Xbox 360, with PS3 and PS4 players getting an exclusive Deja Vu mission inspired by the original Metal Gear Solid.
Alongside the release date announcement, Kojima Productions also released 15 minutes of new gameplay footage of the Xbox One version.
