A special edition PlayStation 4 console featuring a design inspired by Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes is set to go on sale in Japan next month, Sony has revealed.

Launching on March 20 for 46,980 yen (~£275), the FOX Edition console features the Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes logo and FOX emblem printed on its glossy top shell, and comes bundled with a copy of the upcoming game.

It isn’t yet known whether the bundle will release outside of Japan. VideoGamer.com has contacted SCEE to ask.

It was revealed earlier today that, as with many previous multi-format releases, Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes will perform better on PS4 than Xbox One, rendering at native 1080p on Sony’s console and just 720p on Xbox One.

PlayStation 4 goes on sale in Japan this Saturday, February 22.
