A Limited Edition version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will launch alongside the regular version of the game on February 22, Konami has announced.
Limited to only 25,000 units across Europe, the set will feature a 30cm Raiden White Armour figurine from the Play Arts KAI series. The boxed set also includes a DLC code to access the White Armour Raiden in the game – offering an increased capacity to carry life-recovery items.
The Limited Edition will be available only from Zavvi in the UK.
Two pre-order incentives have also been detailed, giving consumers the option of steelbook covers and DLC.
GAME is offering a steelbook featuring a Raiden illustration by character concept artist, Yoji Shinkawa, and DLC for Raiden’s Inferno Armour, increasing the number of throwing weapons he can carry.
Independent stores are getting in on the pre-order action with steelbook featuring a render of Raiden, plus a DLC code for Raiden Commando Armour, which allows his access to a larger number of projectile weapons.
