Season 2 of Marvel Rivals is around the corner! NetEase will release it on Friday, April 11, and add lots of new content with it. As previously leaked, the new season will bring new heroes. This time, Emma Frost and Ultron will join the impressive lineup of Marvel characters. This was revealed in a promo image, which also showed a few new costumes coming with the season.
In this article, we will take a detailed look at all the new content that will arrive soon. The theme of the season will be the Hellfire Gala, and as expected, the game developer will bring some amazing cosmetics with it.
Emma Frost and Ultron will both come in Marvel Rivals Season 2
Since the release of Season 1.5, the community has speculated about the next hero to join Marvel Rivals. Blade was added to the game, so releasing him as a playable hero was a logical choice. However, despite adding his 3D model, NetEase will not release him with Season 2, at least not on the first day of it. Instead, Emma Frost and Ultron will come.
According to leakers, Emma Frost will be a Vanguard, while Ultron will be a Strategist. However, we’ll have to wait for a bit longer to get an official confirmation on this. For all we know, Ultron could be the next season’s antagonist, similar to Doom and Dracula.
