On Thursday night, NetEase released Lady Loki, the most unique skin in Marvel Rivals. Initially, many players thought this would be a Mythic skin, as it has a different voice actor. However, the game developer released it as a Legendary item, and it costs 2,200 Units or 2,400 as a bundle.
Lady Loki is the hottest skin in the game right now, despite a major flaw it has. Loki is already one of the biggest support heroes in the game, yet this costume makes him even bigger. This is a big problem, especially when using the skin in high-elo lobbies, where every little thing matters.
Does Lady Loki have a bigger hitbox in Marvel Rivals?
So far, it’s only been proven that the Lady Loki skin looks bigger than any other skin for the Strategist. This is likely due to the fact that the skin has heels, which is why it’s taller than the male counterpart. However, there is no proof that her hitbox is any bigger than Loki’s regular hitbox.
After all, the Marvel Rivals developer could have the same hitbox for different costumes. But even if the hitbox is the same, the size of the new skin puts you at a disadvantage in other situations.
Hitbox only matters if you are getting attacked by an enemy. On the other hand, the overall size of the skin matters in many other situations, especially if you are trying to play sneakily and get away from enemies. Strategists don’t have as much health as tanks or some damage dealers, which makes them more vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Fortunately, Loki’s kit is decent for escaping enemies, as he can vanish and teleport. Still, be careful if you decide to purchase this skin, as it comes with a slight disadvantage on the battlefield.
