Mario Party 10 for Wii U will feature a new amiibo Party mode which brings amiibo compatibility to the classic party game series, Nintendo has announced.
In the new mode players will be able to use the following characters from both the Super Smash Bros. Collection and Super Mario Collection: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, Rosalina, Donkey Kong and Wario.
Tap one of these compatible amiibo on the GamePad and that amiibo will become a playable character in the game. In addition, a board themed to that classic character will also be made available.
Mario Party 10 launches for Wii U on March 20, and will also be available in a limited bundle including a Mario amiibo from the Super Mario Collection.
