Evil fairy Maleficent could be set to feature in Disney Infinity 2.0 alongside the new Marvel Super Heroes characters, judging by a tweet posted by the game’s official account.
The tweet teases that “Something wicked is coming to #DisneyInfinity”, and is accompanied by an image featuring a silhouette of the villainess.
While it’s possible the tease could be related to the original Sleeping Beauty, it’s far more likely to be linked to this year’s live action movie, which stars Angelina Jolie as the evil villain.
Disney has yet to confirm additional characters for this year’s game beyond the lineup of Marvel characters announced earlier this month.
Disney Infinity 2.0 launches this September on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, PC and iOS.
