Magicka: Wizard Wars will enter open beta on May 27, Paradox Interactive and developer Paradox North have announced.
The open beta will give everyone the chance to play the wizard-duelling title for free, as two teams of four wizards battle using a real-time spellcasting system.
Those who purchase the title via Steam Early Access will receive exclusive goodies.
Magicka: Wizard Wars is the first title developed by Paradox North, a new studio within Paradox Interactive comprised of industry veterans.
