Mafia III’s third DLC, Sign of the Times, is now out for PS4, Xbox One and PC. 2K introduces this DLC in a new trailer that reveals a violent group of cultists called The Ensanglante. Roughly translated that means ‘covered in blood’, or just plain old ‘bloody’. Not at all weird. Naturally, it’s all down to Lincoln Clay to find a means of ridding New Bordeaux of this strange and nefarious threat.
Sign of the Times will require players to utilise new investigative gameplay tactics, dabble in the use of some new weapons, new combat abilities, and slow-motion shooting. Clay gets his hands on some lovely throwing knives to dispatch the baddies.Â
As well as getting rid of those evil cultists, Sign of the Times will allow players to restore Sammy’s bar to its former glory and enhance it further, ensuring Clay maintains his path of redemption. It’s heartwarming stuff, really.
