Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that Mötley Crüe is to be the first band to release a brand-new song as a playable track in the multi-million selling Rock Band.
The new track, Saints of Los Angeles, will be available to download on April 15 from Xbox LIVE Marketplace (80 MS Points) and on April 17 from the PlayStation Store ($0.99).
Saints of Los Angeles is the title track and lead single off the band’s new album due this summer.
This song, along with all previously released DLC which now amounts to more than 80 tracks, will be available shortly after the release of the game in Europe on May 23 for Xbox 360. The PlayStation 3, Wii and PS2 versions are to follow later in the summer.
