Luxor 2 will be available on Xbox Live Arcade from 09:00 GMT on Wednesday, April 4, priced 800 Microsoft Points. The game sees players shooting magical balls at other magical balls to remove matching colours from the playing field, with the aim to remove all the balls before they reach the pyramids at the end of their path.
The game features 88 levels, with four difficulty levels, four modes of play, player ranking, 12 Achievements and 200 Gamerscore points.
The Pharaoh’s Challenge game mode is unique to Live Arcade and requires players to use the Pharaoh’s dagger to eliminate the approaching spheres in a fast-paced arcade-style version of the game.
As usual there’ll also be a trial version, allowing you to sample the ball shooting action before splashing the cash.
