Nintendo confirmed during its latest Direct event overnight that Luigi's Mansion 3 is currently in development for the Switch.
Much like the lanky fella's previous solo outings, Luigi's Mansion 3 will once again see the plumber battling against an array of ghostly foes using various tools, including his trusty Poltergust hoover.
Luigi's Mansion 3 is due for release in 2019 exclusively on Switch, which makes it the first game in the series since the GameCube original to launch on a home console.
Speaking of which, Luigi's Mansion is hitting the 3DS next month, so you should probably give it a go if you haven't played it already.
