LucasArts won’t add Trophy support retroactively to the PS3 version of third-person shooter Fracture.

While the 360 version of the divisive game has a full compliment of Achievements, there are no Trophies in the PS3 version.

Executive producer Shara Miller explained to VideoGamer.com in an interview, due to be published tomorrow, that adding Trophy support retroactively was “something we’ve explored but right now it doesn’t seem feasible”.

Miller described the lack of Trophy support in the PS3 version as a “real bummer”, and laid the blame on “weird timing”.

“There are no Trophies in the game,” she said. “There was just a weird timing with when Trophies, when the technology was released, versus when we were already sort of passed that point. It was a real bummer.”

On the possibility of retroactively adding Trophies, Miller said: “It’s definitely something we’ve explored but right now it doesn’t seem feasible. At least not for Fracture. It was definitely something we looked into though.”
