Early last week it was announced that Frontier Developments’ founder David Braben and Lead Designer Steven Burgess will be attending the Edinburgh Interactive Festival’s screening sessions exclusively to discuss the creation process behind the acclaimed WiiWare title LostWinds. The session is scheduled to take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Monday August 11, 2008.

“I’m very excited to be taking part at Edinburgh this year with Steven – making games is a great field to work in, and the Screening lets us share some interesting details about how we do it, as well as conveying our enthusiasm for the art form and its potential,” said Braben.

The Frontier pair’s session also promises to unveil a secret or two, hinting that Edinburgh could be the venue for the first info on LostWinds 2.
