Activision’s Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is in the news again simply for being consistent, as it maintains its number one spot for the seventh week, and fifth on the trot. Meanwhile, Deep Silver’s Agents of Mayhem struggles to make a meaningful challenge to the chart topping marsupial.

Grand Theft Auto V has had enough of the pretender Fallout 4 and usurped it once more, taking back its number two spot as Fallout 4 goes to third. Agents of Mayhem debuts at number four and is the first new entry into the charts in two weeks, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe moves up two places to fifth. Bethesda’s Doom and Dishonored 2 remain in the top ten at positions six and seven respectively, and Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six: Siege holds firm in eighth place. Splatoon 2 drops from sixth to ninth and Forza Horizon 3 completes the top ten for this week pushing Battlefield 1 out of the top ten completely.

There’s no sign of the pretty well received Sonic Mania in the charts, but that’s purely because the game is digital only. If Mania had had a boxed release the charts probably wouldn’t be so stagnant… So, sorry about that folks.

The full top ten for the week ending August 19 looks like this:

  1. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
  2. Grand Theft Auto V
  3. Fallout 4
  4. Agents of Mayhem
  5. Doom
  6. Dishonoured 2
  7. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  8. Rainbow Six Siege
  9. Splatoon 2
  10. Forza Horizon 3
