Lindsay Lohan has filed a law suit against GTA 5 maker Rockstar Games and publisher Take-Two, claiming the game developer used her image for an in-game character named Lacey Jonas without obtaining permission from the actress.

Legal action from Lohan was reportedly first threatened back in December, but the suit was only filed in New York City yesterday, reports Forbes.

Lohan’s suit claims that the Lacey Jonas character is an “unequivocal” reference to her.

“The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years,” the suit claims.

Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games have yet to respond to Lohan’s suit.
