The first episode of Dontnod’s narrative-driven adventure will release on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on January 30, 2015, Square Enix has announced.

Episode 1 will cost £3.99 with the complete five-part season available for £15.99. If you want to give the first episode a try before committing to the full season, you’ll also be able to purchase a Season Pass containing episodes 2-5 for £13.99.

Square has yet to confirm how frequently it plans to roll out each new episode.

Life Is Strange is described by the publisher as a “five part episodic game that sets out to revolutionise story based choice and consequence games”, with the player able to rewind time to alter the past, present and future.
