The LEGO Group has opened beta sign-ups for its upcoming LEGO mmo from NetDevil. News of the sign-up process went out to LEGO newsletter subscribers earlier today.
“Sign up now for your opportunity to become one of our chosen heroes that must answer the call. Your mission is to test LEGO Universe for bugs, so prepare yourself to strap on your suit of armour and help your friends battle the dark forces of the Maelstrom!” states the beta sign-up page.
LEGO Universe has been designed to be played by gamers of all ages from ages eight and up, offering a safe environment in which to create, build, quest and socialise.
The game’s scheduled to launch later this year.
