Legendary Pokémon Latios and Latias can be obtained in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire respectively, The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo have announced.
The two Legendary Pokemon can also Mega Evolve, enabling them to fly through the skies of Hoenn region with their Trainers on their backs. This form of travel is called Soar and provides players with access to Mirage spots which are home to rare Pokémon – including Legendary Pokémon – and valuable items.
It has also been announced that players of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will be able to obtain the Eon Ticket later this year, granting them access to the Hoenn region’s Southern Island, where they can encounter and catch Latias and Latios. These Legendary Pokémon cannot be caught during normal gameplay. Details on how players will obtain the Eon Ticket will be announced later this year.
And don’t forget that special demo versions of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released tomorrow in which players can battle with Sceptile, Blaziken or Swampert and see their Mega-Evolved forms.
