Nintendo is internally targeting a June 2017 release for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, according to a tweet by journalist Laura Kate Dale.

The game is reportedly targeting a release first on Nintendo Switch on June 16, before arriving on Wii U one week later on June 23. Nintendo has yet to confirm when Breath of the Wild will release, or comment on earlier reports claiming that the game will not be available at the launch of Nintendo Switch.

Back in August, Dale leaked the layout of the Nintendo Switch’s controller, revealing the console’s split d-pad and asymmetrical analogue sticks. A summary of her earlier Switch reports is available on her website.

Nintendo Switch is due to launch in March 2017. More information on the console is expected to be revealed in January.
