Leaked PC system requirements for Watch Dogs are “not official configurations”, Ubisoft technical director Sebastien Viard has clarified.
The specs were reported to have been temporarily viewable on uPlay, but were swiftly removed.
“These are not official configurations,” wrote Viard. “The real specs out soon and will be lower.”
The leaked specs suggested users would need extremely high-end CPUs, although paired them with somewhat middling GPUs.
Watch Dogs will be released November 22.
