Far Cry 5 sees you marching against the tyrannical Joseph Seed to liberate the fictional Hope County, but you’re not alone in your efforts. One of the game’s key features are its Guns for Hire, namely an eclectic bunch of freedom fighters who you can team up with to give you the edge in battle.
Highlights include fly boy Nick Rye, master huntress Jess Black, gun-toting (and ‘dangerously stupid’) Hurk Drubman Jr., and lovable scouting mutt Boomer, who also just so happens to be pretty handy with his teeth.
Far Cry 5 is scheduled for release on March 27 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. The game will feature a Season Pass containing three unique adventures, including a zombie-themed shooter (because apparently every game has to feature the undead nowadays) and an episode set on Mars.
