Konami has confirmed it will be bringing Nintendo 3DS titles, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater, PES, Contra and Frogger, to Europe.
“We are delighted to confirm that Konami has four major titles in development for Nintendo’s 3DS system,” said Kunio Neo, president for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. “The chance to explore popular franchises such as Metal Gear Solid, Pro Evolution Soccer, Contra and Frogger within a 3D realm is an exciting opportunity, and we cannot wait to share more news in the coming months.”
Nintendo 3DS is scheduled for release across Europe in March 2011.
It was already assumed Konami would be bringing its 3DS line-up to Europe, but it’s good to have it all confirmed. When the games will launch remains unknown, with Konami not committing to any dates as yet.
