Dragon Ball FighterZ's already-meaty roster is expanding again soon, with Bandai Namco Games confirming Dragon Ball GT's Kid Goku is making his way to the anime-flavoured brawler.

Kid Goku, or Goku GT as he's known as in the game, hasn't got a release date yet, but Bamco's said he'll be 'coming soon' as part of the Dragon Ball FighterZ Pass 2 or as a standalone download. Pass 2 will set you back £19.99 and rewards you with access to six new characters.

Goku's pint-sized incarnation came about in Dragon Ball GT as a result of an 'errant wish' by Emperor Pilaf. Despite his size, he's still Goku, so you probably wouldn't want to piss him off. He can transform into Super Saiyan 3, and summon a number of deadly attacks, such as the Super Spirit Bomb and Power Pole.

Dragon Ball FighterZ came out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in January 2018, before arriving on Nintendo Switch last September.

The title is widely considered one of the best fighting games of recent memory, and certainly miles better than Jump Force, so be sure to check it out.
