UIG Entertainment has announced Kick-Ass 2, an upcoming beat ’em-up based on this summer’s blockbuster due for release on PC and console next month.
Currently in development at Freedom Factory Studios, Kick-Ass 2 sees players take on the roles of Kick Ass and Hit Girl as they fight against The Motherf***er. “Classic beat-em-up gameplay” is promised, along with cel-shaded visuals, an “innovative XP system” and a wide range of weapons.
UIG also says that the game will feature a “powerful DLCs plan”.
The game will launch as a disc release on both console and PC, with the console version priced at £29.99.
