KaosKontrol, Inc. has seemingly had enough of whatever it was Digital Jesters was doing and has terminated its publishing agreement with the UK based publisher. KaosKontrol has also moved to petition a compulsory Winding-Up of Digital Jesters Distribution with the District court of Birmingham. KaosKontrol also says that its lawyers may initiate legal steps against the directors of Digital Jesters for fraud under section 206 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All development and game ownership, including that of the next-gen title DogTag for Xbox 360 and PC, is unaffected and KaosKontrol is now seeking to place games with another publisher.
