Thatgamecompany has revealed three teaser images for its next game and revealed it’s a “game about giving”.

An FAQ on the studio’s website adds a little more info.
“Our next game is a very ambitious project to positively touch more players than ever before. We’re exploring new technology and building on everything we’ve learned from our previous games in order to give the world the most beautiful and inspiring experience we can create,” states the FAQ.
The release platforms are “still being decided” though thatgamecompany says it “will be available on more platforms than we have developed for in the past”.
The new game will also be self published, with the studio having received venture capital funding from Benchmark Capital in 2012 to fund development. This means thatgamecompany isn’t relying on a publisher to fund development, and remains creatively independent.
