EA has released the first in a series of developer diaries for Star Wars Battlefront, revealing what appears to be the first in-game look at this November’s shooter.
The still shot pops up briefly at 1:56 and appears to show the game’s split-screen co-op, with one half showing the view from a first-person perspective and the other from a third-person perspective. Players are able to switch between the two perspectives at any given moment.
The still shows the two Rebel fighters firing at a pair of Stormtroopers on one of the game’s Endor maps, as an AT-ST looms in the distance.
Last week’s Star Wars Battlefront trailer offered an extended look at “game engine footage”, but did not appear to show any actual gameplay. Instead, a look at gameplay was reserved for fans attending Star Wars Celebration.
Star Wars Battlefront launches on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 20.
