Injustice: Gods Among Us will release in Europe on Friday, April 19, on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U, Warner Bros. has announced.
The super hero fighter, which is being developed by Mortal Kombat developer NetherRealm Studios, sees iconic characters from DC Comics duke it out in a “deep and original” DC story.
In addition to confirming a release date, Warner Bros. also revealed further details on the previously announced Collector’s Edition.
The CE, which costs £74.99, will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, and features a 23cm figurine of Batman and Wonder Woman, an Injustice comic book, exclusive steelbook and 3 DLC skins from DC Comics’ New 52.
A digital comic book telling the story of the events leading up to the game is also available to download now from digital booksellers, including DC Entertainment, the iBook Store and the Kindle Store.
