Dennaton Games and Devolver Digital have released a teaser trailer for Hotline Miami 2 – though as is the case with teasers, you’ll need to wait a bit longer for gameplay.
The sequel promises to conclude the “gruesome saga” started in Hotline Miami, and follows the escalating level of violence through multiple factions with intersecting storylines.
Players will step into the mind of several distinct characters , each with their own motivations and methods of execution.
The game’s currently without a firm release date, but Dennaton Games is targeting a release later this year on PC, Mac and Linux.
There’s currently no mention of the sequel coming to console formats, but the first game is set for a summer release on PS Vita and PS3. We expect Hotline Miami 2 will eventually launch on the PlayStation platforms, too.
