Guerrilla Games has announced that update 1.32 for Horizon Zero Dawn will be out today, implementing a new Story difficulty mode, which makes combat easier so the player can instead immerse themselves within the game’s deep narrative.

Following on from the addition of Ultra Hard in last month’s update 1.30, Guerrilla has been taking more steps to ensure that people won’t be turned off by the difficulty of Horizon Zero Dawn. The addition of the Story difficulty increases the damage dealt, and lowers the damage a player can receive quite a bit, making the game a bit more of a story-focused-breeze. Which isn’t always a bad thing.

There are also some more slight tweaks to the game, and these are outlined in the game’s patch notes.

Horizon Zero Dawn is out now on PS4.
