HMV.com has been taken offline, with the immediate suspension of all orders, following the appointment of Deloitte as the joint administrators.
Attempts to access the website are met with a message which ends: “The website HMV.com has been suspended following the appointment of the Joint Administrators. No purchases can be made online until further notice.”
The administrators have said they intend to keep the retailer operating whilst searching for a buyer.
