Hitman 2 developer IO Interactive has confirmed its lineup of December content for the stealth-based sequel, and it includes, in the company's own words, a 'timed-limited holiday surprise.' Maybe Agent 47 can dress up as Santa?

Things kick off on December 6 with Occupational Hazards, the first of five featured contracts created by the community that will be rolled out for Hitman 2 over time. This one is themed around anything to do with jobs, occupations, and professions.

Following this will be Aelwin Augment on December 13, which is the second Escalation Contract for Hitman 2 that sees the stoic assassin hitting the Isle of Sgail.

December 18 will see the launch of the aforementioned holiday surprise, and it's…well, a surprise. We'll find out more on the day.

Rounding things off will be two more content drops, one of which arrives on December 21 as a new Elusive Target — The Revolutionary. He'll appear in Santa Fortuna for 10 days, and the event gives you access to the Casual Tourist with gloves suit if you manage to dispatch your target.

Finally, December 27 rounds things off with The Turms Infatuation, a new Santa Fortuna-based Escalation event.

Hitman 2 arrived on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One last month, and Colm thinks it's worth a punt, especially if you enjoyed its predecessor.
