Hello Games founder Sean Murray has denied rumours that the developer has plans to “stealth” release No Man’s Sky tomorrow – the same day Sony takes to the stage at Paris Games Week.
Rumours circulating in recent weeks have suggested that Hello Games may have plans to launch the game during Sony’s press conference. But that isn’t the case, Murray says.
“I heard that rumour that NMS is stealth releasing on Oct 27th,” said Murray. “It is false.”
No Man’s Sky is still without an official release date, nor is it yet clear whether it’ll launch this year or not. That said, don’t be surprised to hear more about Hello Games’ launch plans during Sony’s press conference, which starts at 4:45pm GMT tomorrow, October 27.
