The Helldivers 2 Redacted Regiment Warbond was leaked back in late October 2025. A few months later, the new Warbond is officially set to release, though it has suffered a slight delay. Thankfully, the delay is only minor, as Arrowhead has confirmed an imminent new release date, and it will be accompanied by a patch.

New Helldivers 2 Redacted Regiment Warbond release date

The new release date for the Helldivers 2 Redacted Regiment Warbond is January 22. It was originally planned to launch on January 20, but Arrowhead announced a delay via Discord.

Although unwilling to share specifics, Arrowhead revealed that during the Warbond’s final testing, they discovered a “key issue”. Thankfully, the problem appears to have been resolved quickly.

In addition to a new Warbond full of weapons, armor, and capes, Arrowhead is also releasing a new patch on the same day. The patch will go live at 2AM PST / 5AM EDT / 10AM GMT, followed by Redacted Regiment becoming available at 5AM PST / 8AM EDT / 1PM GMT.

You will be able to purchase Redacted Regiment from the Acquisition Center in the in-game store, accessible aboard the Super Destroyer. Redacted Regiment will cost 1,000 Super Credits (SC), as only Warbonds featuring licensed IPs such as Halo cost 1,500 SC.

The easiest way to obtain 1,000 Super Credits is by purchasing them for $10. However, players can also earn Super Credits for free by completing missions and looting bunkers and containers found at points of interest on the map.

Helldivers 2 Redacted Regiment Warbond weapons and everything included

Below is everything included in the Helldivers 2 Redacted Regiment Warbond:

  • R-72 Censor – Primary Weapon
  • AR-59 Suppressor – Primary Weapon
  • P-35 Re-Educator – Secondary Weapon
  • B/MD C4 Pack – Stratagem
  • Concealed Insertion – Booster
  • TM-01 Lure Mine – Throwable
  • RS-89 Shadow Paragon – Armor
  • RS-67 Null Cipher – Armor
  • Triangulation Veil – Player Banner/Cape
  • Pillar of the Abyss – Player Banner/Cape
  • Target Sighted – Victory Pose
  • Redacted – Player Title

Redacted Regiment is the first stealth-focused Warbond for Helldivers 2. As outlined by Arrowhead community manager Baskinator via the PlayStation Blog, the R-72 Censor is described as a “mid-range precision rifle with an integrated suppressor that will ensure you’re undetectable on the battlefield,” while the AR-59 Suppressor is a “fully automatic assault rifle with a non-removable suppressor”.

Arrowhead’s other new stealth weapon is the P-35 Re-Educator, a “dart-firing secondary pistol [where] each round releases a chemical agent that induces delirium in organic targets and delirium-like malfunction in inorganic ones”.

As for armor, the RS-89 Shadow Paragon is light armor “covered in multitudinous pads and pouches to hold all your tactical EDC items”. Meanwhile, the RS-67 Null Cipher is medium armor that’s “coated in a radar-absorbent polymer and null-signature heat baffle to turn you into a real sensor ghost”.

Regardless of which armor you prefer, both sets are equipped with a Reduced Signature passive that “reduces your noise level and the range at which the enemy can detect you”.

Beyond the new Warbond, Arrowhead has not revealed what’s next. However, the studio has been teasing something major involving the Illuminate, and leaks from 2025 uncovered new Illuminate cultists that have yet to join the battlefield.
