Harmonix, the US-based developer behind the Rock Band series, has spoken out against the recent executive order from President Donald Trump to ban citizens of Somalia, Libya, Iran, Sudan, Iraq, Yemen and Syria, from entering the United States of America.

In a statement the developer said, ‘We strongly believe that the best of Harmonix flows from a diverse set of perspectives held by talented individuals,’ before claiming the knowledge and strength they have as a studio is due to how inclusive they’ve been throughout their history.

Harmonix becomes the latest developer to come out against US President (and WWE Hall of Famer) Donald Trump’s immigration ban. Most recently, Insomniac Games posted a video on its YouTube channel where CEO & Founder Ted Price said the team behind Ratchet & Clank, ‘stand united in strongly opposing President Trump’s immigration ban.’
