Ubisoft has announced that it will be releasing CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Hard Evidence for the Xbox 360 and Wii this autumn, the first time the multi-million CSI franchise will be available on the two consoles.

Developed by Telltale Games, CSI: Hard Evidence will see players join Gil Grissom, Catherine Willows and the rest of the Las Vegas team to solve crimes using realistic techniques and lab equipment.

Wii players will use the Wii-mote to navigate through a crime scene, while Xbox 360 players will be treated to cinematic-style graphics. The user interface for the console versions has been completely redone, with the game now more like the show than ever.

In the game players will take part in their very own CSI episodes and must piece together clues with the real CSI actors. Interrogations, crime scene re-enactments and crime scene exploration are all part of the experience.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Hard Evidence will ship in the autumn for PC, Xbox 360 and Wii.
