Bungie has revealed it will return to two of Halo 2’s classic multiplayer maps in Halo: Reach.

The maps in question are Ivory Tower (Reflection in Reach) and Midship (Zealot in Reach).

Reflection is pretty much how you’ll remember Ivory Tower, reports IGN. However, despite the layout and weapons all being as you’ll remember them, the new gameplay mechanics of Reach – the jetpacks in particular – make for a different experience.

Zealout, while based on Midship and featuring a familiar layout, is not a 1:1 remake of the Halo 2 map. The new map features a new third level which takes place in outer space and provides an outer sphere to Midship’s previous circular design.

Halo: Reach will be released September 14 for Xbox 360.
