In a world where greed, lust and murder reign, five new missions really help to take the edge off. Gun Showdown from Activision attempts to address some of the shortcomings of the home console version, offering up five new story-extending missions, and a range of multiplayer modes.

Taking advantage of the PSP’s wireless capabilities, the game’s multiplayer mode, or Showdown mode as the game calls it, will include a number of game types: Deathmatch, Golden Cross, and Last Man Standing. Together with the new missions and multiplayer modes, expect some new weapons too, including mines and throwing knives.

Gun Showdown is currently tentatively scheduled for an autumn release.
