GTR for the Xbox 360 will feature cars, drivers, and tracks officially licensed from the FIA GT Championship, and won’t be a racing game for the arcade driving fan. The GTR series is renowned for its realism, and the game will be directed by Henrik Roos, professional racing driver and former FIA GT team owner.

SimBin has built a reputation for delivering cutting edge technology, unmatched atmosphere and white-knuckle realism in our racing games,” said Henrik Roos, chief executive officer, SimBin. “With GTR for Xbox 360 we’re developing a title that is not only a truly authentic racing game, but also a challenging, realistic and entertaining game that will be easy to learn but tough to master. In other words – do it for real!

GTR will hope to bring a never before seen level of realism to the racing genre on the Xbox 360 when it is released in spring 2007.
