Over 5 million physical copies of Grand Theft Auto 5 have been sold in the UK, according to figures released by Gfk Chart-Track.

The milestone comes 20 months after the game first went on sale in September 2013, and just 4 weeks after the release of the PC version. 3 million copies were sold within the game’s first month on sale.

While it isn’t clear how sales are split across platforms, the vast majority of units are expected to have been sold on last-gen consoles. It also remains unclear how many more units may have been sold digitally.

Rockstar’s parent company Take Two Interactive announced in February that it had shipped over 45m units of GTA 5, including 10m on PS4 and Xbox One, making it one of the best-selling games of all-time.
