PS4 users picking up Grand Theft Auto 5 tomorrow will have to download a 1.14GB day one patch before booting up the game “in order to experience the game properly”.
The size of the patch was confirmed after the game was made available to preload this weekend. The size of the Xbox One patch has yet to be confirmed.
Rockstar recommends that all users download the patch before playing, with the update said to include “tweaks and optimisation fixes”.
