The official Grand Theft Auto 5 PlayStation 3 console bundle announced during Sony’s E3 press conference will be priced £249.99 in the UK, according to retailer listings.
GAME and Amazon.co.uk both list the bundle for £249.99, which includes a 500GB Super Slim PlayStation 3 plus a copy of Rockstar’s upcoming title.
The bundle is due to launch alongside GTA 5 on September 17.
However, it doesn’t appear to offer too much of a saving over buying the console and game individually. A 500GB PS3 would normally cost you around £215, with the game going for around £40.
And in fact, you may be able to pick up a better deal elsewhere. GAME currently offers a 500GB Super Slim PS3 along with copies of Gran Turismo 5: Academy Edition and God of War: Ascension for just £199.99. Add GTA 5 to the bundle and you’ll get the lot for £240.98.
New screenshots for GTA 5 were released earlier this week, along with a tease that a sequel to Red Dead Redemption may be on the way at some point in the future.
