Rockstar Games music producer Ivan Pavlovich has given MTV News a sneak peak at the new tracks to be featured in next week’s Xbox 360 exclusive Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC, The Lost and Damned.
According to the MTV News report, four of GTA 4’s radio stations are receiving new music. Hip Hop station Beat 102.7 will feature a new show of popular hip-hop deejayed by Funkmaster Flex and headlined by two new Busta Rhymes tracks.
The Beat is also going to be home to a show deejayed by Statik Selektah, featuring all hip-hop recorded and mixed specifically for GTA. One of the headline songs will be Car Jack by Freeway.
Other updates include a new death metal show deejayed by Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly fame on Liberty City Hardcore. One of the artists featured will be Bathory. Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 will gain new songs, with Iggy Pop deejaying, and Indie station Radio Broker deejayed by Juliette Lewis is also getting some new tracks.
Pavlovich told MTV: “This really focuses on biker songs and a little more aggressive songs.”
GTA 4: The Lost and Damned is scheduled for release only for Xbox 360 on February 17 priced 1600 MS Points.
